Pursuant to the Article 70 of the Law on organization of administration bodies in the Federation B&H (“Official Gazette of the Federation of B&H”, No: 35/05) and Article 3 of the Book of Rules on technical inspection ( “ Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 21/06 and 23/08), Federal Ministry of Physical Planning issues
PUBLIC INVITATION
For applications for participation in the Commission for technical inspection of structures and interventions that are under the competence of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
I
All potential candidates of following professions are invited to apply for participation in the Commission for technical inspection of structures and interventions that are under the competence of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina according to Article 68 of the Law on spatial planning and land utilization at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 2/06,72/07 and 32/08:
- Graduate engineer of Architecture (urbanists, design engineers of public and industrial buildings, of water supply and sewage, of cultural heritage protection),
- Graduate civil engineer (engineers of hydrotechnics, constructors, geological engineers, geotechnical engineers, geodetic engineers, civil engineers- transportation course),
- Graduate engineer of electrotechnics ( electro-energetic engineers of low and high voltage, electronics engineers, telecommunications engineer),
- Graduate mechanical engineer ( engineers of processing techniques, industrial engineers, energetic engineers and KGH engineers),
- Graduate engineers of transportation ( road transport engineers, railway transport engineers, air transport engineers, post transport engineers and telecommunications engineers),
- Graduate engineer of metallurgy (engineers of process metallurgy and of mechanical processing of metals),
- Graduate engineer of technology ( food production and environmental protection engineers),
- Graduate engineer of agriculture ( engineers-technologists for agricultural and food product production),
- Graduate engineer of forestry,
- Graduate engineer of occupational safety,
- Graduate engineer of mining,
- Authorized person for fire and explosion protection,
- Authorized person for veterinary,
- Person authorized for monitoring the sanitary conditions,
- Persons for chemical technology.

Candidates applying to the Public invitation must possess at least a university degree in the aforementioned fields, ten years of work experience and a certificate of competence exam.
Candidates possessing Ph.D. or Master’s degree in certain field are obliged to submit an evidence of holding a professional title in the respective field.

In addition to the application containing accurate address and phone number it is necessary to submit documents (original or certified copy) as follows:
- CV and a reference sheet,
- Evidence of work experience referred to in Item II of the Public invitation,
- A certificate of competence exam and/or evidence of holding a professional title,
- Copy of CIPS ID or citizenship certification ( not older than six months),
- Name of the commercial bank and transaction account number.

Applications with the proof on meeting the requirements are to be submitted personally to the Protocol Office of the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning or via post to: Federalno ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, St. M. Tita 9a, 71 000 Sarajevo
in sealed envelope addressed as follows: „Prijava za učešće u radu Komisije za tehnički pregled građevina i zahvata iz nadležnosti FBIH“ within 15 days after the publishing date of the Public Invitation in “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
Incomplete and undue applications shall not be considered.
