Several contracts related to co financing of protection and preservation of National monuments have been signed on behalf of Federal Ministry of Physical Planning. According to the contracts national monuments in Zenica-Doboj Canton, Bosna- podrinje Canton will be protected and preserved from further deterioration and three national monuments in Tuzla Canton and two in Posavina Canton. Contracts signed in Zenica, for the area of Zenica-Doboj Canton, pertain to the following national monuments: Old Town Visoki in Visoko, Medieval town Bobovac, Kalafun Jusufpasa Mosque (Kursumlija) in Maglaj, Monastery Vozuca in Vozuca- Municipality Zavidovici, and Franciscan Monastery Kraljeva Sutjeska in Kakanj municipality. Amount of 616.000,00 KM have been planned for the realization of these projects related to protection and renovation of above mentioned national monuments in 2008. Contract for renovation and rehabilitation of Tekke in Zivcici – Fojnica municipality, was also signed in Zenica. Contracts signed in Gorazde, for the area of Bosna-podrinje Canton, pertain to the following national monuments: Sinan Bey's Mosque in Gorazde, historical area graveyard complex – graveyard in Presjeka near Ustikolina, Sijercic's Turbets in Sijercici, necropolis of Stecak "Lug" in Zupcici, and Semiz Ali-pasha's Mosque and Turbe in Praca. Amount of 352.000,00 KM have been planned for the realization of these projects related to protection and renovation of above mentioned national monuments in 2008. Contracts signed in Gracanica pertain to renovation and restoration of architectural unit – Old Mosque Soko in Gracanica, Old Mosque with harem in Spionica – municipality Srebrenik, and Turalibey's Mosque in Tuzla. Amount of 352.000,00 KM have been planned for the realization of these projects related to protection and renovation of above mentioned national monuments in 2008. Contracts signed in Orasje pertain to renovation and restoration of "Little Town hall" in Odzak, and Monastery with parish church in Tolisa – Orasje municipality. Amount of 264.000,00 KM have been planned for the realization of these projects related to protection and renovation of above mentioned national monuments in 2008. In order to preserve, rehabilitate, and reconstruct National monuments designated as National monuments of BiH by the Decision of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments of BiH, Federal Government adopted Program of funds distribution for co financing cantonal and local projects related to protection of cultural and architectural heritage. Grantees expressed their contentment with the activities of the Federal Government and with those of Federal Ministry of Physical Planning, directed towards preservation and rehabilitation of cultural and architectural heritage in BiH. Contracting parties agreed to immediately implement granted projects in accordance with contracted obligations and legal procedures. |
