The Master plan will be prepared for the area defined in the Decision on designation of historic urban site of Pocitelj as National Monument. Preparation, production, and content of the Master plan will be performed in accordance with the Law on spatial planning and land utilization at the federal level. Deadline for production is one year.

Federal ministry of physical planning has responsibility to prepare Master plan production. Therefore, the ministry will, in order to include public, prepare a program of forums, round tables, public inquires and hearings, as well as other forms of public inclusion, and for each stage of the project.

Four years after adoption of the Master plan, Federal ministry of physical planning will prepare a report containing analysis of the Master plan implementation, and implementation measures assessment. This project will be funded from the Federal budget.

All kind of construction shall be prohibited on the site until Master plan is adopted.
