FBIH Parliament adopted a Decision on the designation of “Igman, Bjelašnica, Treskavica and Raketnica River Canyon (Visočica)”an area with specific characteristics of significance for the FBIH, Official Gazette of the FBIH No: 8/05.

Decision on amendment to the decision on the designation of “Igman, Bjelašnica, Treskavica and Raketnica River Canyon (Visočica)” was adopted by the FBIH Parliament House of Representatives at its session held on 22 July 2008, and by the FBIH Parliament House of Peoples at its session held on 17 July 2008.

The Decision was published in the FBIH Official Gazette, No: 66/08.

The FBIH Government considered, ratified and submitted the Decision proposal on Spatial plan preparation for the areas with specific characteristics of significance for the FBIH ““Igman, Bjelašnica, Treskavica and Raketnica River Canyon (Visočica)” to the Parliamentary procedure.

The Decision was included to agenda of the 17th session of the FBIH Parliament House of Representatives held on 28-29 October 2008 ( the session was interrupted). Consideration and adoption of the decision will take place during the 17th continuing session of the FBIH Parliament House of Representatives.

Decision proposal on designation of the Vranica Mountain an area with specific characteristics of significance for the FBIH, and

Decision proposal on spatial plan preparation for the areas with specific characteristics of significance of the FBIH “ Vranica Mountain” have been submitted to the FBIH Government by the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning, along with the Opinion of the Office of the Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Legislation and Harmonization with European Union Regulations.

The FBIH Government considered and unanimously ratified both decision proposals at its 73rd session held on 15 October 2008, and submitted them to the Parliamentary procedure. 

The FBIH Government considered and unanimously ratified the Decision proposal on the preparation of the Master plan for historical urban site of Pocitelj at its 60th session held on 25 June 2008, along with the opinions of the Office of the Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Legislation and Harmonization with European Union Regulations, of the Federal Ministry of Finance, and of the Federal Ministry of Justice. The FBIH Government submitted the Decision proposal to the Parliamentary procedure.
The FBIH Parliament Hose of Representatives adopted the Decision on preparation of the Master plan for historical urban site of Pocitelj at its 15th session held on 23 July 2008.
The Decision was included as 20th item of the agenda of the 17th session of the FBIH Parliament House of Peoples held on 31 October 2008. The session was interrupted; hence the consideration of the Decision is expected during the 31st continuing session of the FBIH Parliament Hose of Peoples.

Decree on specific requirements for expert task performance in relation to the preparation of the planned documentation

At its 75th session on 29 October 2008, the FBIH Government adopted the Decree that determines specific requirements to be met by economic societies and other legal entities in order to register to perform expert tasks in the field of preparation of the planned documentation.
Requirements include professional qualifications, a number of experts required and technical facilities to perform the respective tasks. Urban and space planning and detailed planned documents are subject to preparation of the planned documentation. Provided that all prescribed requirements are met, then the Ministry shall issue a 5-year license.  This Ministry also conducts a Register of economic societies and other legal entities  that have obtained a license. 

The Federal Minister of Physical Planning has adopted Rulebook on technical provisions on steel and steel products to be embedded in steel construction.
The aim of the respective Rulebook is to prescribe technical requirements which are to be met by steel and steel products embedded in steel construction in accordance with the BIH’s BAS standards and harmonized European legislative.
The  Rulebook will be applied to the steel products( hot and cold formed steel shapes, sheet metal, sticks, wire, cast steel), mechanical binding elements, additional material for welding, high strength dragging elements, bearing construction etc.

Previous consultations with the representatives of professional organizations and scientific institutions, who took part in the preparation process of the respective Rulebook, have been performed for they have been considered obligatory.
