 Minister: Mr. Salko Obhođaš, M.Sc
Born on January 5, 1964 in Vitez, Municipality Pale, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Elementary and Grammar High School education completed in Pale. Bachelor degree and title of Forestry Engineer received from the Faculty of Forestry of the Sarajevo University. Master's degree and academic title of Master of Forestry Science received from the Faculty of Forestry of the Sarajevo University.
Previously performed the following duties: Counselor in the Assembly of the City of Sarajevo; Chairman of the Presidency of the Municipality Pale; Mayor of the Municipality Pale-Prača; Representative in the Assembly of the Bosnia-Podrinje Canton of Goražde; Prime Minister of the Bosnia-Podrinje Canton of Goražde; Advisor to Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Advisor to the Vice-President of the Federation BiH; Member and Founder of the General Assembly of European Regions with headquarters in Salzburg. Used to be President of the BiH Scouts' Federation and Member of the Board of the Handball Club Goražde.
Member of the Presidency of the Democratic Action Party (SDA) and Member of the SDA Central Committee.
Married, father of two.
