Public invitation for license issuance to economic associations and other legal subjects to perform professional tasks related to preparation of the spatial planning documents.
Decree on special conditions that have to be met by economic associations and other legal subject in order to register for performing professional tasks related to preparation of the spatial planning documents (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No:71/08), determines special conditions that have to be met by economic associations and other legal subject in order to register for performing professional tasks related to preparation of the spatial planning documents. These conditions imply the professional qualifications, necessary number of experts and requested technical equipment and respective spatial planning documents are as follows: spatial and urban development plans and detailed spatial planning documents.
A five year license subject to fulfillment of the prescribed conditions will be issued by the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning. The Ministry conducts Register of economic associations and other legal subjects to whom the license is being issued.
