Pursuant to Decree on arrangement of the construction land, obligatory documentation for construction land and participants in construction („Official gazette of the Fedeartion of BiH“, No: 29/07 and 34/08), a designer is considered legal entity registered for performing designing tasks. Designing tasks can only be performed by the legal entity being registered for performing of the respective activity and possessing a licence of the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning.
Following the publication of the public invitation the public invitation, the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning issued 5 licenses till now and made a register accordingly:

Performer is a legal entity being involved in constructing or carrying out of individual works on construction of buildings or other interventions in the space. Construction of buildings or performing individual works on construction of buildings and other interventions in the space can only be carried out by the legal entity being registered for performing of the respective activity and possessing a license of the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning.
